The property is situated centrally between Alicante and Murcia airports. Expats in the area are using Murcia's San Javier airport more often, and the bargain-flight operators are increasing their flights to UK destinations each year.



The nearest train station is Orihuela, where for 3.25 euros return, you can travel in comfort and arrive in the centre of Alicante in an hour, or to Murcia in 20 minutes.

Vista Bella is the planners' favourite place for a more local stop when the new high-speed train service (APV) reaches into this area, which could be handy.


The AP7 motorway can be reached in less than ten minutes and is toll free all the way to Alicante city and airport. A recently built link now makes it quicker to travel north into France and on to the UK.



There is a bus service to and from the Wednesday outdoor market in nearby San Miguel from the small urbanization, Lakeview Mansions, two kilometres away. There is also a regular daily bus service between Orihuela and Torrevieja, which stops at Vista Bella, a kilometre away.
